S.M.A.R.T. Training is inspired by the business principle combined with our beliefs on how a runner can achieve his or her goal(s) and aspirations. We will approach each client's training by being Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Reasonable, and Timely.![]() Your training will be specific with regard to what you as an individual needs to do to reach your goal(s). ![]() Your training will be measurable, in that we'll walk you through, step by step, throughout the process so progress made towards reaching your specified goal(s) can be identified. ![]() Your training will be attainable because it will be written with consideration given to your complete running history, as well as your schedule and/or time constraints all detailed by you in Your Profile. ![]() Your training will be reasonable, not complicated with technical jargon or overreaching beyond your perceived ability. Yours will be a tailored, progressive process making you stronger along the path to reaching your ultimate goal(s). ![]() Your training will be timely as it will be developed around achieving your ultimate goal(s) and thus, aimed towards when your peak performance should occur. |
