The following three training packages all provide individualized training programs. Each is geared towards accentuating your strengths and building on your weaknesses. You choose the desired level of interactivity. These training programs will all be specifically tailored around your ability, time-schedule and ultimate goal(s): The Run S.M.A.R.T. Project stresses the importance of consistency, patience, and steady progression; therefore we recommend at least a 3-month initial commitment. Upon completion of our "Sign Up" process you will be brought to a secure checkout within PayPal. Once payment is processed one of our coaches will contact you immediately to begin outlining your training. |
