Run S.M.A.R.T. Project Client sets PR!

Sommer McNaughton of Morresville, NC has been working with fellow Project coach Vince Sherry for the past 6 weeks. This past weekend Sommer set her first PR for 10K while working with The Run S.M.A.R.T. Project at the 29th Annual Azalea Trail Run in Mobile, AL. This weekend in Mobile marked the first time Sommer clocked in under the 50 minute barrier for 10k. Her time was 49:56 (8:02 per mile).
