The 1st Annual Run S.M.A.R.T. Project Running Retreat will take place in Flagstaff, AZ on July 19th – July 25th. The following is our first unveiling of the retreat’s itinerary. Minor revisions will be made over the next few weeks but for the most part this provides a close look at what we have planned and how each day is structured. A.M.: Registration, checkout the town (free time)

A.M. Session: Flexibility w/ Wharton Performance
Lunch: NAU dining
P.M. Run: Run from track, finish at track for drills and strides demo
Dinner: Karma Sushi
WEDNESDAY

A.M. Run: Red Rock State Park, Sedona
Lunch: Wildflower Bread Co.
P.M.: No run, sightseeing in downtown Sedona (optional)

A.M. Session: Strength & Balance for Endurance Athletes, with John Blievernicht

P.M. Session: Shoe fitting and gait analysis at A Runner’s High, Q&A on Nutrition with Naturopath Mark James.
Dinner: Picasso’s Pizza
